Your first visit, step by step
Paperwork
Arrive 10-15 minutes early to complete new patient forms. This includes medical history, current medications, and skincare concerns. You can also request forms in advance to complete at home.

Meet with one of our licensed specialists who will assess your skin, discuss your goals, and recommend a personalized treatment plan. This is your opportunity to ask questions and learn about our services.
Treatment Plan
Together, we'll create a customized treatment plan tailored to your unique needs and timeline. Whether you're seeking preventative care or corrective treatments, we'll map out your journey to healthy, radiant skin.
First Treatment
Depending on your schedule and treatment choice, you may begin your first session during this visit or schedule a follow-up appointment. We'll ensure you leave with clear instructions for pre and post-care.

Our policies
Cancellation Policy
We understand that schedules change. We kindly request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee.
Consultation Fee
Initial consultations may be complimentary or have a nominal fee depending on the service. This fee is typically applied toward your first treatment. Please inquire when booking.
Payment Options
We accept cash, all major credit cards, and debit cards. Payment is due at the time of service. We also offer package deals and membership options for cost savings.
Late Arrival
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time to avoid delays for other patients. If you're running late, please call us at 703-488-7546.

How long do treatments take?
Treatment times vary. Facials typically take 45-60 minutes, while advanced treatments like RF Microneedling may take 90 minutes. We'll provide exact timing during your consultation.
What should I wear?
Wear comfortable clothing. For facial treatments, we recommend avoiding turtlenecks or tight collars. For body treatments, we'll provide appropriate attire.
Can I wear makeup to my appointment?
For facial treatments, we'll remove makeup during the cleansing process. However, arriving with a clean face can save time and enhance your treatment.
